Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During new releases, pre-orders, and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

New Zealand Shipping

- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

- Rural Deliveries: Additional 1–3 business days may apply

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing, typically between 7–21 business days.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will include an estimated dispatch date in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available.
